First you have to use any VPN software use SIJOVPN which is free and can download form http://vpn. sijo. in then use ActionVoIP download from www. actionvoip. com which is most cheap
www. j-talk. info
this service will work in dubai
Use this, https://www. 35711. net and it will work all the time. It’s not free but it works and I’ve used it for years.
As hotspot is blocked in UAE, and now
http://vpn. sijo. in is not allowing UAE users to download.
So I posted a mirror Download.
You can download it from
http://www. ziddu. com/download/9989667/SIJOVPN. zip. html
After downloading open the sijovpn. exe then ByPass the internet
Then you can make VoIP Calls
When your ISP restricts VoIP traffic, usually it blocks the SIP port (e. g. , 5060) and hence you are not able to use VoIP. To use VoIP, you have to some way get around this port restriction.
VPN is clearly one way to access VoIP when your ISP blocks your VoIP traffic. But, the problem with this approach is that you have to pay for VPN access. There are some FREE techniques that you may want to try before going the VPN route.
I have provided the link to the detailed tutorials below, but for the sake of this answer, you could use Ringomax which seems to be working in UAE (http://truvoipbuzz. com/2009/05/bypass-isp-blockage-ringomax-provides-voip-access-uae/). The other option is to bypass the ISP restriction using a proxy server (http://truvoipbuzz. com/2010/03/proxy-server-to-bypass-local-isp-ban-voip-calls-tutorials/).
Hope this helps!!
UAE blocked most of VoIP services.
